Custom field are not being saved

    Since 1 week ago the custom fields stopped working. When I try to change the shipping information of an order it gets updated, all default fields get updated but custom fields ( ex. shipping_wooccm7) are not.

    I tried deactivating all other plugins with no success.

    The only thing that I’ve done in this time is to import users and orders from other platform via an excel file.

    What could ir be?

  • I’m experiencing the same issue. The custom fields are not being saved, only after a couple attempts and even then, they are not showing up on the checkout page. I noticed this issue after updating to woocommerce 4.3.3

    Hi, is supposed to be solved by WooCommerce side. Also some fixes were updated on version 5.2.7, please confirm if it is solved or not.
