And once it’s created and you have people signing up to your newsletter, you can create a segment to filter subscribers who filled or selected a specific custom field:

That’s only possible if you create multiple checkbox custom fields.

Otherwise, you can create a “Select” (drop-down menu) or “Radio buttons” custom field that allows the subscriber to pick only one option from the list.
