custom field

  • I created a custom field and and want to make it readable on the blog. I read that I need to add the following line but I don’t know where to add it. What file do i edit? <?php the_meta(); ?>

  • Im almost 100% sure that you are going to need to insert it into index.php under the current theme you are using(If you are using 1.5, the theme thing applies, if not just put into index.php in your main WP directory).

    1. Bobd314 is correct.

    2. It would go into The Loop portion of your index template.
