I have created a FAQ custom post and made a page with the shortcode using [hs-faq-cat id=”117″] All I can see after publishing first FAQ is the shortcode on the page (I pasted in both text/visual – no change). Also tried other version of shortcode for all FAQs (as there is only one). As I’m replacing my FAQ page I created a temp page to see if this will replace it.

When I look at your “screenshots tab” I see that the screenshot shows custom FAQ categories. These do not show in my wp FAQ creation area, only the normal wp-post categories ( where I created id 117).

This could be the problem. Could you advise if this is fixable?

Would love to use this plugin as it is both responsive and accepts SEO info. Thanks in advance for your any help – Julie

Hi – ok so I went away to have lunch and came back to find the answer.

Realized that under the FAQ entry area there is another page (under settings) with settings for the plugin. On that page is a completely different shortcode to that on the repository page (maybe author cannot edit it) – which works perfectly.

So as plugin is working fine, there is no need to answer this post.

For people looking for help – find the settings – shortcode is like this
    [hrf_faqs category=’wp-category-slug’ title=’My Awesome Title’]
