Custom Event create account on WC checkout

Hi all,
is there a way or a custom event to track when a user, during the checkout, flag the create account checkbox?
I wanto to add user tu a custom list (call order) on Order complete, and if he check the create account flag, also in another list (call account).

Is there a way or a custom track that we can use on cart insert order?
