Custom error message not shown

    Hi there,

    I use members plugin on a site that provides content for two user groups.

    On one page that is only readable for group2 (and admins) i have specified a custom error message (“you dont have the permissions for this page”). But it is not shown, instead the default message “Please login to view the content. -> Login” is shown.

    Note: i use a german version of WP, all messages and labels are in German, although i have no DE po file.

    I have deactivated all other plugins. I had “wp-members” in use at first. hth

    Any help is much appreciated!!!

    PS: the login link of the default message then links to my main login page, where the status of course is “logedin”, therefore confusing the user
