Custom error message

  • Hello, is there a way to have a custom error message for the PayPal error:
    DoDirectPayment API call failed.

    Error Code: 15005
    Detailed Error Message: This transaction cannot be processed.

    It doesn’t give customer much info, it should say: “Transaction cannot be processed because your Bank is rejecting the transaction. Please contact your Bank.”

    @questionabout Thanks for contacting here, actually those errors are sent by PayPal, so based on what detail they provide, we simply show that. And there are 1000’s of error message codes and it’s hard to enter such details with each and every error. But you can do some custom coding and display whatever messages you like.
