Custom Entry Page

  • Hello,

    I have lot of WP websites, but I need custom html entry page before WP page. I found lot of solutions but not fit my ideas.

    First custom page have background image logos and etc. Customer select A logo go to A “Wp page” or select B logo go to B “WP Page”. I try htaccess redirect my custom page but links not worked. Own WP Page not redirect.

    Any idea my with problem? Thanks

    Is there a WP site in public root of your primary domain? If so create a WP page that looks the way you want, including links to elsewhere. Make that your static front page in settings.

    If there is no WP in public root, create a flat index.php or index.html file there that looks the way you want, including links to elsewhere. This becomes the entry page for your primary domain.

    The logos and other graphics do not need to be backgrounds. You can link any image to where ever with simple img tags wrapped in an anchor tag. One cannot click on backgrounds to follow links, there has to be an object to click on, even if it’s a transparent overlay.
