Hello, is it possible to have custom email templates per status, similar to the way Woocommerce natively does it? By quick look, it seems only one exists for all custom statuses.

    Hi GhostPengy,

currently, there is only one template, but we are working on this feature and it should be available in the nearby future. Since the question is not about any issues with the current plugin features, we are marking this topic as resolved.

Feel free to open another ticket if you have any other issues!

    Hi GhostPengy,

we are happy to inform you that an update with customizable HTML templates has been released, so now you can copy them to your theme folder and edit them as you like!

I have done an upgrade of the plugin to 1.4.0.
I have existing custom order statuses and I select to edit one of them, but I get
    HTML template
    File was not found.

If I create a new template I can copy the current template to my child theme. Can you add this option for existing custom order statuses please?

I know that I can copy the template manually and figure out what to call the file by inspecting the submit button in chrome, but it would be better if this was done from within the plugin.

When I edit a template and save it, the message says that the template was saved. But if I exit the template and open it again my changes seems to have been lost. I don′t see the changes that has been done in the input boxes. Am I missing something here or should my changes not be displayed in the input boxes?

    Hi alijens,

    1) I may have found the root of the first problem you mentioned, so just to clarify, did you try copying the HTML templates in previous versions?

    2) could you send a screenshot to our email [email protected] of the inputs not being displayed? Because I’m not sure where exactly this issue occurs.

    Hi alijens,

quick update: reactivating the plugin might solve the missing templates issue for now, we will look more in-depth into why it did not appear on plugin update, but let’s hope that it will fix the issue for now. Let me know how it goes.

About the inputs, no quick solution found, so please expand on that issue as much as you can, because I cannot recreate it yet.
