Custom Email on Pending Orders

First of all, thanks for the amazing plugin!

I am looking to add content to the customer invoice email sent by Woocommerce but can’t because of the lack of order status options.

Is it possible to have “Pending payment” as one of the order status options? “On Hold”, “Processing” and “Complete” are all after a payment has been made and thus makes it impossible to add payment instructions for specific products.
