Custom Email not Showing

    Hi there

    I have Avada theme installed with no other email customizer plugins. I tested this first on a variable product to display in processing and completed emails. It only shows the default Woocommerce email content. I also tested this on a single product but it is still not showing.

    I also tested to assigned the order status to processing and completed.
