I have spent a while setting up all the email templates and they’re working well and look good. The problem I have is that there is one kind of email, which is not styled according to the default template.

We have installed a plugin for one more custom email (called UID) in WooCommerce. For this I have also created an email subject assigned to the type (UID). But the triggered mail only contains the standard styling from woocommerce.

What can I do to fix that?

    Kind regards,
    Johannes

  • Hi,

Our plugin is specifically designed to customize default WooCommerce Emails. So you can only use or create templates for these types.

If you have a custom email template created by a third-party plugin that has this function, it can be displayed in our email template in?one of the following ways. (Please check the 3rd case).

    Best regards.

    Hello,

with this plugin we have created one more default WooCommerce Email. It is the last one shown on screenshot

It is possible to create an Email Template with this type in your plugin

But the message only will be sent by using the default template.
What should I do that the correct type will be taken?

Both links in your last post point to the same address. Can you please send me the mentioned link to the “can be displayed in our email template”?

    Kind regards,
    Johannes

    Hi,

Sorry I resent the link to the 2nd guide here.

You can follow the instructions provided in our guide under “Case 3” to create a new custom email type. Once you have successfully created the email, it will replace the default email type.

    Best regards.
