    Hello

Thanks for this awesome plugin. But unfortunately I’m facing a problem with my created design on elementor. The first picture is my model design, and the second one is how it look on wordpress dashboard.

As you can see, some colors turn into black or white, the icons are small, and my stick video widget (happy addons plugin) do not appear in the dash board.

The same thing happens in another website, i’ve setup orange buttons, but in the dash board they all became gray/white/black

The same thing occur in another plugin called ”Dashboard Welcome for Elementor”, I’ve tested in both in deafferents sites, and the same problem occurs. I guess some wordpress update have broken this feature.

I would be tankful if it could be fixed.

    Hi @danielastron,

Thank you so much for the screenshots, that will make our life so much easier in trying to recreate the issue. You are my hero!

We will look into this and get back to you if we can recreate it.

However, while we are looking, we got this solution from another user, I don’t think it will fix it in this case, but might be worth checking out:

“OK – I believe I’ve solved the mystery.

The problems I was experiencing is due to the ‘global/default’ formatting. So when you create a custom template from Elementor you have to select a font, style, size and you can’t leave it on ‘default’ – Even if the template was created in the same WordPress build.”

We will let you know if we can recreate the issue.

    Thanks

Hello @videousermanuals, thanks for the fast reply.

I’ve tried to edit everything manually, avoiding default global style from Elementor.

    Hi @danielastron,

Thanks for getting back to us with more screenshots.

We have tried to recreate the issue, and are actually struggling to do so.

Can you please try one thing for us?

Can you please save it as a new Elementor template.

Then in White Label CMS assign the dashboard to the new template.

Let us know if that helps at all.

    Thanks

I’m having this exact same issue. I have colors to columns and buttons including hover colors and everything is the wrong colors. Screenshots below:

    Hi @code3creative,

    Can you please try this:

“`Can you please save it as a new Elementor template.

Then in White Label CMS assign the dashboard to the new template.

Let us know if that helps at all.`”

    Thanks

I’m not sure what you mean by “save it as a new Elementor template”. It is already created as a Page Template in Elementor and assigned in White Label CMS.

I’ve tried all the workarounds above. The custom Dashboard based on an Elementor template (section or page) (always new) has no styling. And you have to stop and think how could it, as it is not being displayed on a front-end page. Where would the CSS come from? What am I missing?

    Hi @code3creative and @paulherzlich and @danielastron

We have put together a video to explain what we meant.

We think this recreates the issue you are talking about it and provides a solution:

However, if it doesn’t please let us know and we can investigate further.

    Hi @code3creative and @paulherzlich and @danielastron

    Hope you are all well.

As we have not heard back from you, hopefully, the video provided the solution.

I am going to mark this ticket as resolved.

    Thanks

Helo @videousermanuals , sorry for long time with no response.

I’ve done what you told, and it worked. I had to change the color in a minimum way from the default color, and put a manual style in everything. Every little change you have to create a new template and assign it again in CMS menu.

Thanks for the solution. I’ll keep on for further updates with this feature turn to work again as it did before, when we could use default styles and everything worked as well.
