Custom editable fields/posts with email notifications

Is this possible with ACF Pro?

• 1) Create custom and editable forms (in a post with unique URL) in frontend – linked to the WP users account.
• 2) Only the creator should be able to make edits and have the option to make it private (not listed with other public posts, only reached with a direct link).
• 3) Insert an image in the form, and maybe also create a unique post URL.
• 4) Distribute the post link to several friends via email (inserted in a field).
• 5) The user should be able to create multiple separate forms/posts and list them in his user profile.

I understand that this would be combined with some user profile plugin to make it easier to use. This is similar to a “wish list” feature.

Someone who can give me a guide or link with more info? There are many different plugins for members and for creating forms, but I’d rather avoid all of them if it can be done directly in ACF. I′m not a coder, so I prefer a newbie guide ??
