    Did you mean you would like to display the template on your site other than the location provided by this plugin? If I am saying correctly about the thing you would like to do, then I would suggest you using the shortcode. Refer to this screenshot, please.

    If that is not what you are looking for, please share with us more about the thing you would like to achieve.

    @bsfherman Thanks for your response. Yes, Your are exactly right I want to add custom location that are not provide in this plugin.
