You can use the Description text area of your player profile to add as many details you want.

I may have misexplaining what I want to do. I want to have the player profile on the home page like the Splash Hockey Template https://splash.stylemixthemes.com/hockey/ but instead of stats, it’s the questions,

You can create some extra fields from SportsPress->Configure->Metrics and alter your template file to show them.
