Custom designs vanishing from screen

  • Greetings Space Cadet can you help me there are several problems with the plug-in.

    First problem MOST IMPORTANT
    When we make a custom design and click Preview, Download, or add to card, all the elements we have uploaded, or text, or shapes added simply vanish giving a blank design. You then have to start from scratch as Undo does nothing or just clears all elements if they are there, and you cant redo. But the result is just the same after that it all vanishes again. Each time all we used was 1 to 3 layers of 1 heart shape, 1 word, and one clip-art or uploaded small picture. This has rendered the plug-in useless.

    Second
    On the edit page for a product there are 2 tick boxes:
    Customizable product, and, The clients can design from blank
    These do nothing individual both must be ticked or there is no option want so ever for a customer to Customise a product.

    Third
    Clicking add to basked from the product page on a Customizable just adds a blank design this should relay jump to the Customizer to avoid confusion for customers especially since customers can already be confused by that the only way to the customer is to press DESIGN FROM BLANK even if you have a preset background for them to work with

    Hello,
    All the issues you described look like the plugin requirements are not met.Can you make sure you server has these values properly set in it’s configuration:

    -memory_limit: 128M
    -max_file_uploads: 100
    -max_input_vars: 5000
    -post_max_size: 128M
    -upload_max_filesize: 128M
    -PHP Imagemagick extension
    -PHP Zip Extension
