Custom Design question

  • Hello

    I am planning a WordPress site (worpress.com) and considering buying the Custom Design feature to get my compoany colours on the site. Howevere, I also want to use a premium.

    My question is: Can I use he Custom Design feature to alter the CSS of a Premium Theme? I am not self-hosting but instead using the Worprress.com Premium commercial service.

    I appreciate any help.
