Custom description message not working facebook

Could you give me some examples, so I can take a closer look at the data saved for those posts in Publicize?

and in the custom message

I want to post that^.

Sometimes it shares on the facebook the message I want in the custom message, but sometimes it posts what’s in the post.(hello, my name is Leo, nice to meet you.)

Could you share some screenshots of a post where that happens? For that post, could you share a screenshot of what got displayed on Facebook, and a screenshot of the Publicize box in your dashboard?

That message doesn’t seem to be customized. It’s the post title. Could you try entering a custom message there with your next post? As long as you enter a custom Publicize message, it will be used instead of the automated post excerpt.
If you don’t specify a custom Publicize message, a post excerpt will be used instead.

I hope this clarifies things a bit.

That’s correct; when you don’t write anything it shares an automated excerpt.

If you’d rather share the post title, I’m afraid you’ll need to customize the Publicize message each time.
