    The custom dates in Analytics are not working correctly. When you select a date or change the month in “Custom”, the window closes and you can’t click on “Update”. Can you help us with this problem?

    It sounds like this could be a JavaScript conflict with another plugin or theme. To troubleshoot, please try disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme like Storefront. If the problem persists, it might be related to a caching issue. In this case, you could try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

    Rest assured, I tried replicating the issue on Firebase, Chrome, and Safari, and everything seems to work fine on my end.

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
