#_{} or #@_{} (e.g. #_{d/m/Y}). If there is no end date (or is same as start date), the value is not shown.

This is what it says on the placeholders page. It IS showing the end date value even though it is the same as the start date. It used to work, but at some point or some update it doesn’t anymore. Any suggestions?

  • We see the same problem, probably an update broke it

    Hello, sorry for the delay.

Can you provide me with an example placeholder format you’re using, for us to test? I just checked and it works fine for me.

    Hello Marcus,

    we use this pattern: #D #j.#n. #@_{- j.n.} #_EVENTTIMES
This works correctly for day spanning events, like this:
    Fr 27.8. – 29.8. Ganzer Tag

    For same day start/end times:
    So 22.8. – 22.8. 10:00 – 11:00
    or
    So 29.8. – 29.8. 10:00 – 11:00

In the past, it did not show the end date, when it was same date as the start date

Thanks, I see what you mean now. The docs do state that the end date shouldn’t be shown if it’s the same as the start date, so I’ll mark this as a bug to be fixed in the next update.

Hello, just following up to let you know it’s fixed in 5.10
