Custom dashboard user columns

    Partial developer error.

    I was not properly returning the first parameter for the manage_users_custom_column hook. However, the plugin’s filter method manage_users_custom_column() does not return the first parameter either.

    This may indicate a problem depending upon the order the filters are applied?
