Custom Cursor plugin BujanQWorkS

I set up the custom curser plugin.

<p>it works with firefox and chrome. but absolutely does nothing with internet explorer.

there is another similar pluggin

that one works with all the browsers, but it leaves a white cross over the image, so this is useless to me unless i can get rid of that white cross.

PLEASE I NEED SOME ADVICE.
