    Hello

We had 300 Ebooks laid out in tables for download since 2013.

Of the 21 plugins we use….this is the first to destroy the layout of all the tables.

This writes custom CSS and is not compatible….with existing CSS so destroying existing layouts……while we update all 21 other plugins…..all the time….this is a disaster.

Not good…..and violated my own rule about using untested plugins……

    Regards

    Richard

    Hello Richard,

Sorry to hear about the issue you are facing. While I understand your frustration and I would not like to be in the same situation, however if you provide us with more details as to what exactly happened, we would be able to look into this and in case we find an issue without plugin, we could fix it so it would not affect other users.

    Hello

3 days later and after turning off 21 plugins and updated them one by one with the new WordPress and new Theme updates

You were Wrongly judged GUILTY as YOU WERE the last plugin in installed….

Truth is the New Weaver 2.2.2 theme update overwrote the CSS not Scroll triggered boxes..however the Weaver Theme acknowledged that possibility and made provision to include OLD CSS customizations…in the new update.

So 36 hours later AFTER 3 full backups restored…..90 days webs stats lost We are back up and running.

Scroll triggered plugin works great – and I love the fact it is NOT a hated POP up and gathering about 200+ new subscribers per month to the newsletter thansk to your great plugin.

HAPPILY RE-INSTALLED IT AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE IT!!
