custom CSS style for Contact form does not work

When I try to style contact form 7 with custom CSS nothing happens. Idid my website one year ago so maybe I changed something and I don’t remember.There is only this on custom CSS:
div.wpcf7 {
background-color: rgba(0, 20, 200, 0.4);
padding:40px;
}Where could be the code that setp up the size of the textfield, the white border etc?

I understand that you want to add this padding and background to your form.
I can see it working exactly like that:
