• I updated the last version of IG Pagebuilder, and suddenly I cant edit one of my pages custom CSS, Something weird its happening, it appears all custom css in any page I edit goes to the same page, i mean for example I edit “home” and use some custom css, when i save it, that custom css shows in “contact” and if i add custom css to “services” also is shown in “contact”.

I already tried to clean the cache and selected no caching, but the problem still.

  • Hi StoMpie,

Thank you for your question, i am really happy to assist you. i think that the cause of this problem could be because the class or id elements which you use to style are the same.
Have you added a new class to “Css Class Button” in styling tab? I have attached the picture to show you.

No, I have no css settings in the item settings, although, I have some custom classes in some images inside text items, but none of this are duplicated or used in any other page.

I just quitted the plugin, Also after the update, All the shortcodes of Jetpack stopped working and now it shows the shortcode itself not the galleries or the contacts.

I hope it gets updated soon, Its a good plugin, but it has serious issues.

    Hi StoMpie,

Thank you very much for your time replying to my question. I have just retested your problem by adding new class and its Css to the posts created by IG Page Builder. Everything is working well and there is no duplicated Css stylying on the posts which i did not style.

If possible, could you please let me know your account information based on bank-end and FTP account via my email: [email protected] . Once again let me help you re-install IG Page Builder and find the main cause of the problem for you?

Have you a beautiful new week!

    Sincerely,
    Innogears Support Team
