    Hello,

The custom CSS I’ve written is only active when I’m logged into my account.

Any idea why this might be?

    Cheers, Duncan

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

I assume that this is because something on your site is removing the URL parameters that are normally used to clear/flush the cache of CSS files, which WordPress normally uses.
All you might have to do is force-reload the page (Shift+Ctrl+R). You could also double-check in a private/incognito browsing window.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

Thank you for your reply – unfortunetly neither of these options appear to work. It is loading a version of the ‘tablepress-custom.css’ when logged out, it however appears to be an older version of the file. When I’m logged in the css laoded is: ‘tablepress-custom.css?ver=88’ – could this be a clue?

    Cheers,
    Duncan

    Hi Tobias,

This issue has been resolved now. It was Cloudflare that was caching the old CSS. This was sovled by logging into our Cloudflare account and setting the site to ‘Development Mode’. The current cache was also ‘purged’.

    Thanks for your help,

    Duncan
