Custom CSS not working

Changing the ‘Custom CSS’ in the settings page has no effect in many cases. Using Version: 20210323.

I found out that in line 734 of wp-content/plugins/simple-basic-contact-form/simple-basic-contact-form.php the variable $custom is placed before the default CSS rules. So changing the ‘Custom CSS’ in the settings page will always be overruled by the default CSS rules in above mentioned php script.
