    Hello,

At the moment I am using the free version of the plugin and I can’t use the Custom CSS area. I am wondering if this is a PRO feature or is a conflict with another plugin. Also, it will be possible to attach a bill to one of the templates using the WC Hook? I will be using an API implementation. I need this info before buying it.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Our plugin utilizes inline CSS. If you choose to use Custom CSS, please ensure that you reference the appropriate class/id to display the desired styles correctly.

Please use the WC hook feature (4 hooks available) to display the attached bill. You can refer to this guide: https://youtu.be/XDRhSJzFFbM and check with our free version.

    Best regards.

Thank you for your quick replay!

I will try to find the appropriate class/id but I can’t access the plugin’s Custom CSS area in any email templates. Nothing happens when I click on it.

It is possible to put the CSS in the WordPress custom CSS area? It will work?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

We confirmed after checking on our site, the Custom CSS area is responsive normally, in this case, please try to detect if a conflict happened due to the 3rd plugin. Let’s check with only WooCommerce and our plugin and confirm with us.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

I tried to disable all the plugins except the email customizer and woocommerce but I still can’t access the custom CSS area. Here is a ss with the area I am speaking about:

I am also attaching a ss with the problem I try to solve using CSS, maybe you can suggest a better option:
I need the block containing product title, quantity and price in line with the image and aligned to the left. This is only on mobile version, on desktop it is aligned.

    Thank you!
