Custom CSS for Specific Page not Working
-
I’ve put a ‘recent posts’ widget in the footer but I want to hide it on the blog page so that the list of posts isn’t duplicated. I’ve given the block the addidional CSS class of ‘post’ and when I use the following CSS it works fine and the block disappears from the site: .posts {? display: none; } but when I use the page id to make it only diappear on the blog page, like this: .page-id-72 .posts {? display: none !important; } it doesn’t work.? I’ve tried using the page class ‘blog’ (.blog instead of .page-id-72) but that didn’t work either. I’ve also tried using ‘body.page-id-72’ but that didn’t work. Any idea what I’m doing wrong? Many thanks, Vince
