I just installed the 2.0.2 update (updated from 2.0.0) and now, all my custom CSS has gone. I checked the Appearance section of the Admin panel and the custom CSS option has totally disappeared.

I require this to be fixed as the custom CSS I had on my site is quite important to it’s functionality. I fixed some big CSS based problems with my theme using this and now it’s a mess.

My blog can be seen at https://zfriendsblog.co

okay it seems the plugin never re-enabled itself when updating from 2.0.0 to 2.0.2. re-enabled the plugin and now sorted :/ shame WP dropped the ball there…

I tried testing this and couldn’t reproduce what you described. To test, I installed Jetpack 2.0 on my WP 3.4.2 test blog and then clicked the “update now” link under Jetpack on my plugins page. It sounds like your server may have just not been able to complete the plugin re-activation, but I’m not sure why.
