Custom CSS Backup

  • I have been adding a lot of custom CSS from within the plugin and what I am wondering is if there’s a way to backup that custom CSS? I currently use UpdraftPlus and BackupGuard and I am not sure if either of those would touch those customizations or not. Will either of these back that up, or is there something more specialized I should be using to backup that data?

  • Hi therealcrazy8,

    The Custom CSS is saved as an entry in your WordPress database, so if your backup is saving your WordPress database, then the custom CSS would be in that backup.
