I am trying to have the pages on our staging server pick up the font that I use on the site – which is Meta Lite.

But when I enter “meta lite” in the styling menu, it puts in \”meta lite\” and then seems to ignore it. I have tried it without the quotes and it doesn’t pick up the font.

It there other syntax I can use to get it to use my site font?

I have also tried to add it in the custom css section under the basic tab and it did the same thing.

    Hi hjr,

Is this font already loaded on your website (i.e. is it a font that came with your theme)?

If so, then you need to be exact with the way you write the name of the font. It needs to be exactly as the font is declared. So, if it’s declared as Meta Lite, then you need to write it like that, with the capital letters. If it’s declared as meta lite, then you need to write it like that, with the lowercase letters. If it’s declared as something else (e.g. Meta Light or meta-lite or meta-light, etc.), then you need to write it exactly like that. If it is a font from your theme, then have a look in the theme stylesheet to see how they write it there.

If not, then you’ll need to load/enqueue the font first, as our plugin won’t load your custom font.
