Custom course bundle and events

Is there any way (or add-on) to create a package of courses chosen by the student?
For example, let’s say a student will buy a “5 courses package”, and after purchasing it, he can choose which course he wants among all the courses in the website.

Also, I know about the content drip, and I’m wandering if it is possible to create events like live courses.
