Custom coupon URL

Hi @vigneshwaranjbthinq this basically takes the base of your WordPress install’s permalinks and adds ‘/coupon/’ to it.

If you want to tweak this you should be able to do so under Settings->Permalinks but we aware this would change your site’s permalinks not just the coupons.

Yes, I don’t want to change the permalink because it will affect the SEO of my blog so I need to change only for a coupon is that possible?
Like custom permalink based on the post type shop_coupon.
Is this possible?

It sounds like you might have this in your custom permalinks under Settings->Permalinks?

If your permalinks have /blog/ hardcoded into it, then everything on your site will start with /blog/ including the coupon URLs, shop URL, pages, and any other custom endpoints.

Is there any reason why you need this at the start of all your URLs? Could it be changed and maybe you could 301 redirect your old blog posts?

Yes, I have configured the custom permalink as { /blog/%category%/%postname%/ } but my page permalinks are don’t have a blog in it.

Got it. Can I check what is the home page URL of your site? Is it /blog/?

Let me put this to the team and we’ll see what we can do about it. It’s possible that WordPress is inserting the extra /blog/ in based on the custom permalink but I’m unsure what we could do by way of a workaround at the moment.
