    hi there –

I see where I can create Custom Conversions in Pixel Caffeine.

I see the documentation which says everything created in Pixel Caffeine is pushed to Facebook.

So why aren’t the Custom Conversions I create in Pixel Caffeine being pushed to Facebook?

    Thanks, Tyler

    Hi,

only the custom audiences are pushed to Facebook. The Conversions/Events item you created are only a feature of Pixel Caffeine, that gives you the ability to fire whatever event you want when you visit a specific page, or you click in a particular link or click into a particular element of the page, identified by CSS selector.

I hope my reply can help you to understand better. ??

Hi Anto – This still doesn’t make sense to me. I have created Events such as “GA Goal 2: Request More Info”, with a Page Visit trigger. This matches up with the AdWords goals I’ve created. So when someone hits (for instance) /thank-you/, where is the Pixel Caffeine event being recorded? It’s not pushing to Google Analytics, nor Facebook from everything I can tell. Thanks, Tyler

That “GA Goal 2: Request More Info” you created for the visits of /thank-you/ is a Pixel fired when you will visit the /thank-you/ page. You can check it with the Pixel Helper Extension and you should find them in your facebook account, in the Pixels section.

Unfortunately, instead, it is not fired into Google AdWords or Google Analytics. The plugin works only on Facebook.
