    Hi!

First and foremost: Thanks for a great plugin.

Im a affiliate marketer, and my conversions is via linkclicks that don’t trigger a specific URL. One of the reasons i became interested in your plugin was the fact that you could execute custom conversion events.

My users convert mainly from my toplists, so i have setup the pixel code to test some of my links (Second column in the table, Egensajt, Inleed, Sitegroun, Miss Hosting). I execute them via CSS ID (#egensajt, #inleed, #siteground, #misshosting):

    Setup Pixel caffeine

And While the pixel event seems to work like a charm on my webpage (brawebbhotell.com/sv/basta-webbhotell/)…

    Onpage pixel fire

…facebook don’t seem to pickup the data in their system correctly:

    stat

Basically i cannot select the correct event to track in facebook Custom conversions tab. While i tested those code snippest that was avaliable, they did not pickup the event at all.

Do i need to pass additional data? I Cannot figure out what im doing wrong here since the event is firing onpage

    Hi,

I’m sorry, I can’t understand the German in the last screenshot, anyway are you selecting the custom audience by specifying the event?

This is my example that seems different from your last screenshot:

I tried to create a new custom audience based on Website traffic, then I set the event in the condition and I was able to select one of the events he tracks.

Let me know if you can do the same

    Hi!

A real late reply from me here, and thanks once more for the support and a great plugin!

Figured out what the problem was. The problem was i did not buy any traffic on this site at the time i opened the support question. Therefore Facebook did not register any events.(Facepalm on me)

I implemented the plugin with custom conversions on a site with acutal traffic and it worked like a charm!

But now i have another problem…. But i will open another thread (other topic).

    Cheers!
