custom content type manager – print out resutls

    Using Custom Content Type Manager, I have created an inventory of products.

    When clicked on to view more details and info on a product, I would like to have a hardcopy print out of the product details. PDF format would be great. Is there a way to create a Print Version of these products? I would like a button “print version” and a pdf of the info displayed appears.
    Is this possible?

  • You could try this plugin.

    PDF24 post to PDF
    Or you could create a print css file that is only displaying your logo and the description div and your contact information as seen on the bottom of your page.

    Google search on print css

    Then when people go to print it out they will only get the information about the boat and not all the menu items etc…?

    Printing has nothing to do with the CCTM. You can format your data however you want and the CCTM won’t hinder you. In nearly all cases, the CCTM uses a lot of CSS classes and ids and so that you can use your own CSS to maximum effect and if that doesn’t work there is nearly always a way to customize the HTML it outputs. So this is just an HTML/WordPress question. WP isn’t always easy to customize here.
