    That’s due to the theme not having the necessary hooks to display the content. Please note that the list is for CPOThemes. If you try with any of the free themes at our site, they will work.

    We’re going to work on flexibility, but the short story is that unless your theme implements a hook-based layout, it’s impossible to insert content blocks like that. You’ll have to resort to the shortcode.
