Custom contact forms plugin to send mails in wordpress not working

  • I have enabled the plugin under wordpress dashboard and tried sending mail from my website contact us page but end users are still unable to receive the mails sent from contact us page,I have also changed the email id in contact us plugin to check,But the issue is still the same.Only i get message mail is sent successfully but end user doesn’t receive the same.
    My normal mail function is working successfully but i face issue only in contact us page sent from website.
