Custom Contact Forms File Upload An error occured while uploading

Am am using the Custom Contact Forms on my site and it works fine sending an email, except when someone tries to upload a file. When you try and upload a file, this error occurs; “An error occured while uploading”

I’ve tried to change the permissions of the wp-content and uploads folder to 777 and it still does not work.

Any help would be great.
