Custom Contact Forms experiencing issues

  • Hi,

    I cannot get rid of this error message. When I try to preview a post I get it. I have been struggling for a week now. I just updated my theme and all my plugins are up to date. here is the message I keep getting.

    There is an issue with synchronizing data. Please try the following:
    -Go to settings> Permalinks and click “save changes”. This flushes your permalinks.
    -Deactivate all other plugins and activate the TwentySixteen theme. If this fixes the problem there is a plugin or theme conflict. Please report on GitHub or support forums.
    If neither of these things fix your problem please report on GitHub or support forms.

    Please help!! I am in desperate need to fix this.

    Sorry it is actually WordPress 4.7.4

    Also getting this message on a new install, working fine on two sites. Have deleted, reinstalled, optimised database, installed from github master zipfile, etc, etc.
