    Hello,
I have putted a new custom consent that I use in a contact form 7 as:
[acceptance form-policy] Privacy Policy Acceptation [/acceptance]
The check button is working well in de contact form, but when I try to retrieve the data with the email address used in the contact form, it will not be found.
I use also the plugins Contact Form CFDB7 and Flamingo and see that the form data is saved.
I don’t find the raison why it’s not working?
This The GDPR Framework plugin should be by default working with Contact Form 7, isn’t it?
Can someone give me some hints or tips, please?
    Thanks in advance.

  • Hello,

I have no hints or tips for you.

Just to tell that I have the same problem as you.

If you look at table “gdpr_consent” in your mysql database, you will see the consent has been saved but it looks like the plugin doesn’t search in that table where consent is saved.

If consent has been saved, I think we should be able to see it and delete it.

Could someone help us with this problem ?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi there!

Sorry for the long wait! I will look into this issue ASAP.

I have exactly the same problem with Contact Form 7. I have created a custom consent with name “acceptance-283” and in the contact form 7 settings I use [acceptance acceptance-283] By using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website[/acceptance]

Then for testing I use the contact form to send a message using a specific email address. If I search then for this email address in the Data Subject it doesn’t find any data.

By the way, everything works fine with comments. If I leave a comment with a specific email address, then retrieving data for this email works fine in the Data Subject tab.

This should be fixed in v1.0.6 – please update and let me know!

now it works and shows the consents for the contact form

    Hello,
Thanks for the update. But it works only for the consent. This is now saved with the emailaddress. And it’s working fine only wih the comments.
It’s not working when Contact Forms 7 data are saved with the plugin Contact Form CFDB7 or the plugin Flamingo.
When there is a data-request, there is nothing to retrieve.
When will be this possible? This should be great and real GDPR compliant.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi there!

Integration with Flamingo is not yet complete, but I’m really trying to get it released before the 25th. Integration with CFDB7 is not planned.

    Hello,
Integration with Flamingo should be great enough! ??
I look forward to it already.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi there!

Do you mind testing out the new version with added Flamingo integration? I literally don’t have enough hours in the day to test this properly myself ??

    The link is here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/j40hz097ah89pmc/gdpr-framework-1.0.9-RC1.zip?dl=0

If both CF7 and Flamingo are installed, then a new tab is added to each form’s settings. You’ll need to enable the plugin for each form separately as well as enter the tag name for data subject’s email, like so: https://www.dropbox.com/s/p6cocrtd3hv99zl/gdpr-framework-1.0.9-screenshot.PNG?dl=0

    Looking forward to all feedback!

    Hi,
I’ve tested everything and it works perfectly for me. However, as far as I have understood its operation.
Finally a good and correct working GDPR Compliance plugin that is compatible with the standard Contact Form 7 plugin. In fact it works as an addon for Contact Form 7 plugin.
And the interaction with Flamigo is really amazing.
Thank you very much for your wonderful work.
    Best Regards. ??

    Flamingo support released. Thanks everyone!
