Custom confirmation page: subscriber stays 'unconfirmed'

    MailPoet v.2.7.2

    I change default confirmation page to custom. Subscriber clicks on confirmation link in email, lands on custom confirmation page but his status in maillist doesn’t change from ‘unconfirmed’ to ‘subscribed’.

    When I change custom confirmation page to default, everything is OK: subscriber clicks on email link, goes to default confirmation page and his status change from ‘unconfirmed’ to ‘subscribed’.

    I try to reinstall plugin but nothing changes.

    It sounds like your theme may be interfering somehow. Can you try the custom page with the default WordPress theme?

    Doesn’t work with ‘Twenty Fifteen’ theme too… ??

    Are you sending with SendGrid or Sparkpost? Can you disable link tracking?

    I found the solution.

    My mistake: I’m using custom permalinks but didn’t add

    location / {
        try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php?q=$request_uri;
}

    into nginx’s configuration file.
