Custom Concent Type assign to ID

  • Is it possible to show only a couple of Custom Fields on a specific page? Let’s say I have a standard page called “Contact”, and I have some custom fields called “Address”, “Email”, “Telephone number” etc etc.

    Right now, I can enable to assign these types to a page and post, but I actually want to assign it only to the Contact Page.

    Is that possible?
