Custom Completed Order Message text

Two things here.
1. Every time I update the text in the rich text fields (rather than the text only ones), it strips the formatting, paragraphs and break characters out. That seems counter-intuitive… or a bug!
2. Can we have an option to say what emails the message is included on? At the moment it seems to be included on absolutely every email sent, which doesn’t make sense for the cancellation, refund or admin emails. It only really should be on the completed order email. Or, have different messages for different email types.

3. It would be great to have the messages defined at event level.
