Custom Community Magazine Layout

When you go to Theme Settings and you click on “General” and then on “Default Homepage”, then under “post listing style” it states that “you can also list your posts in magazine style, showing the featured images, check out our our FAQ here.”
The link to the FAQ is however not working. So, I assumed it was Pro feature and I bought the Pro version only to find the same damn useless message with the same broken link. Very dissapointing!
How do I list my posts in a magazine style? I want each page to just show a features image and some text with a “read more” option which takes you to the “full” post. Is this even possible with Custom Community?
