Custom Community – Can't remove search text

  • If anyone could please help me get rid of the “NOT FOUND” and additional Search text I would appreciate it. I’ve deleted all Search related items under the editor and cannot remove it from the Home Page.

    This is something to do with our theme settings. It seems like its missing some content that you have not yet added. Normally this would occur when there is no blog posts but I see you do have two posts.

    can you check your theme option and see if you are missing any content it is requesting? You can do this under “customize”

    No dice, I just went through all of the Customize areas. thank you for helping. If you have any other ideas, I’m all ears.

    Weird. Open up your home.php file in your theme editor. Control find for “Not found” and see if you find it. From there you can try commenting it out or removing it all together. not sure why it would be there in the first place though.

    would the home.php file be the same as the page.php?

    No it would either be home.php or possibly index.php The theme could possibly have it labeled something else but not sure. You could also do a control find on your theme functions file.
