Custom Column link

The default link behavior in the custom columns is linking to an archive where you can see what’s being linked to what, but in my case, it’d be much better if the link would go to the specific post instead.

This would make it much easier for our clients, as they only link one-to-one and therefore don’t need the archive link.

Is there a way to do this without touching the core of your plugin?
