Custom Column data showing in SEO Columns

    When using the WP hook ‘manage_posts_custom_column‘, the data echoed into the custom column makes it way into all of the SEO / Readability columns above the boolean circle icon, causing a much unwanted display issue.

    UPDATED: Used a $column_name conditional to avoid this!
